These terms apply to services provided by Vox Filings LLC ("Vox Filings", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@voxfilings.com.

Vox Filings is a business formation and compliance service, not a law firm. Tax services are delivered with our partner U.S. Enrolled Agent. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

Formation filings for LLCs, corporations and nonprofits, including name checks, preparation and submission of formation documents to the Secretary of State, and delivery of your stamped documents.

Compliance services such as registered agent representation, annual report filings, articles of amendment, certificates of good standing and dissolutions.

Federal and tax-related services including EIN registration, ITIN applications and business tax filings. ITIN and tax services are prepared and filed together with our partner U.S. Enrolled Agent (EA).

Additional services such as virtual business addresses, operating agreements and trademark support, where included in your package or ordered separately.

You agree to give us accurate, complete and current information and documents, including identity documents, ownership details and addresses. We rely on what you provide and do not independently verify it.

You are responsible for choosing your entity type and state of formation. We share general information about common choices; the final decision is yours.

You agree to respond to our document or information requests promptly. Filings cannot progress while required items are outstanding, and delays caused by missing information are not our responsibility.

You confirm you have the authority to order services for the business or organization named in your order, and that your intended use is lawful.

Service fees and applicable state or government filing fees are charged together as a single one-time payment at the time you order, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

State and government fees are set by the relevant authority, vary by state, and are passed through to that authority on your behalf.

Recurring items are stated clearly before you order. Registered agent service renews at $49 per year after the first year only if you choose to renew.

Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

All timelines shown on our site or in communications are good-faith estimates. Actual turnaround depends on state Secretary of State processing, IRS processing and, for trademarks, USPTO processing.

We prepare and submit filings promptly, but we do not control government processing speed and cannot guarantee any specific approval date.

Government offices may reject or request changes to a filing. Where that happens we tell you what is needed and resubmit as described in our Refund Policy.

Tax and ITIN services are delivered together with our partner U.S. Enrolled Agent (EA), who is responsible for the professional preparation and filing work.

Vox Filings is not an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent and does not provide legal or individual tax advice. Guidance we share is general in nature and depends on your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the service fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, excluding government and state fees already paid to an authority.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, bank or payment-processor decisions, or penalties arising from information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where local consumer law grants you a different right.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
