Refund Policy

Exactly when you get your money back, and which government fees we cannot return. Last updated September 24, 2026.

Our 100% money-back guarantee

We want you to order with confidence. If we have not yet submitted your filing to the state or the relevant authority, you can cancel for any reason and receive a 100% refund of what you paid us.

This guarantee covers our service fees in full. Once money has been paid onward to a government office, that portion is outside our control. The details are below.

Full refund before submission

Email hello@voxfilings.com with your order number and we will cancel the order and refund you in full, as long as the filing has not yet been submitted to the state or authority.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Service fees if we fail to deliver

If we fail to deliver the service you ordered, you can request a refund of our service fees within 30 days of your order date and we will refund them in full.

Government processing time is not a failure to deliver. Where a state or the IRS is still processing a correctly submitted filing, we keep you updated rather than issuing a refund, because the work on our side is complete.

State and government fees

State and government filing fees are non-refundable once they have been paid to the state, the IRS or the USPTO. These authorities do not return fees to us, so we cannot return them to you.

If your order is cancelled before we pay those fees onward, they are refunded to you in full along with our service fees.

If a filing is rejected

If a state or agency rejects a filing, we correct and resubmit it at no additional service cost to you. Some authorities charge a new filing fee on resubmission; we tell you the amount before proceeding.

If a filing cannot be completed at all for reasons within our control, we refund our service fees for that filing.

What is not covered

Orders where inaccurate or incomplete information you supplied caused the outcome, including rejected names, incorrect ownership details or unverifiable identity documents.

Decisions made by third parties, such as a bank or payment processor declining to open an account.

Completed one-time consultations and registered agent periods already served.

How to request a refund

Email hello@voxfilings.com from the address on your order, include your order number, and tell us briefly what you would like refunded.

We acknowledge every request within one business day and confirm the outcome in writing.
